風(fēng)機的主要結(jié)構(gòu)部件是葉輪、機殼、進風(fēng)口、支架、電機、皮帶輪、聯(lián)軸器、消音器、傳動件（軸承）等。無動力通風(fēng)機是利用自然風(fēng)力及室內(nèi)外溫度差造成的空氣熱對流，推動渦輪旋轉(zhuǎn)從而利用離心力和負壓效應(yīng)將室內(nèi)不新鮮的熱空氣排出。

風(fēng)機內(nèi)粉塵會不均勻的附著在葉輪上，逐漸破壞風(fēng)機的動平衡，使軸承振動逐漸加大，一旦振動達到風(fēng)機允許的值11mm/s時（用振幅值表示的允許值如下），風(fēng)機必須停機修理（清除粉塵堆積，重做動平衡）。因為這時已是非常危險的，用戶千萬不可強行使用。在風(fēng)機振動接近危險值時，有測振儀表的會報警。

Because it is very dangerous at this time, users must not use it forcibly. When the fan vibration is close to the dangerous value, the vibration measuring instrument will give an alarm.
風(fēng)機的軸承溫度正常時為≤70℃，如果一旦升高到70℃，有電控的應(yīng)（會）報警。此時應(yīng)查找原因，首先檢查冷卻水是否正常？軸承油位是否正常？如果一時找不到原因，軸承溫度迅速上升到90℃，有電控的應(yīng)（會）再次發(fā)出報警、停車信號，風(fēng)機開車、停車或運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不正?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)立即進行檢查，檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的小故障應(yīng)及時查明原因設(shè)法消除。
